The conference registration fees are follows:

Registration includes access to the conference, presentation slides and session recordings.

*To receive the member registration rate, your institution must be a paid-up member of AfLIA. Members are required to provide their membership codes during registration.

**Non-member registration rate does not include an AfLIA membership. 

*** Student registration requires clear evidence of studentship – either an admission letter or unexpired student’s ID card. This must be uploaded at the point of completing the registration form.

Please note that:

  1. Applicants from Nigeria who may be having problems paying their conference fees with their credit or debit cards, VISA or MASTERCARD, should kindly call +2348023686905 for further directions and assistance.
  2. Payments made through SWIFT  transfer will incur a transaction fee to be borne by applicant. Kindly confirm and honour all such fees with your bank.
  3. We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment. Invoices will be provided to applicants upon request. Purchase orders are NOT accepted.

Registration Deadline

Conference registration officially closes on the 18th May, 2021

Applicants who may be paying their conference fees by SWIFT Transfer are kindly requested to note that no new applications for such category of applicants will be accepted after 11th May, 2021

Cancellation Policy 

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked fourteen (14) days before the Conference. Cancellations submitted fourteen (14) days before the Conference are refunded less the refund processing fee. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted.
