Job Opening: Curriculum Development Consultant

Description

African Library and Information Associations and Institutions (AfLIA), the umbrella body for the African Library sector has obtained a grant from Wikimedia Foundation for the training of African librarians using the OCLC’s Wikipedia + Libraries: Better Together curriculum as a take-off point.

The curriculum development expert will work remotely but closely with the Wikipedian in Residence and the AfLIA team for three months to revise the existing OCLC instructional design and curriculum to enhance its suitability for the AfLIA/Wikipedia course taking into cognisance the digital skills set, Internet facilities/penetration and learning milieu in Africa.
